By accessing Ghum Ghor and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is fraudulent or harmful, and you must provide accurate information when placing an order.
3. Products, Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Descriptions, images and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. Fabric colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.
4. Fabrics, Sizes & Made-to-Measure Items
Product listings state fabric composition, sizes and care instructions as accurately as possible. Please check bed, window or table measurements before ordering. Made-to-measure items (such as custom-sized curtains) are stitched against the measurements you provide and are not returnable unless there is a genuine stitching defect or the delivered size differs from the confirmed order.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card through our payment partner). Online payments are collected in full at checkout; COD is collected at the time of delivery.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location, demand and courier conditions outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as we may call to confirm your order before dispatch.
7. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. After delivery, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days for a genuine quality issue, a wrong size/colour or a damaged product, provided the item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, pillows, comforters and similar filled items may be non-returnable once unpacked. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed for COD orders.

9. Intellectual Property
